DWA-652 Notebook Adapter Page 2 of 5
DWA-652 Notebook Adapter:
A few of today's latest notebook computers come with Wireless N installed, but for most people with a laptop over 6 months old, Wireless N will have to be added through the addition of a PCMCIA or ExpressCard adapter. D-Link fired off their standard PCMCIA adapter that also supports speeds of up to 300Mbit. The package of the DWA-652 and the DWA-552 are nearly identical as you can see below.

|
The DWA-652 package contents were standard and there were no antennae to screw on as everything is built inside the card. Opening the box yielded the actual hardware, a quick install guide and the driver CD - like the desktop equivalent.
